This help guide will show you how to send an email campaign to your recipients within SalesLogix. We will also show you to how to send a campaign right away, schedule it for later, and even how to "Send As" another Swiftpage user on your team. Online reporting and instant open-click data is also reviewed.
Get scores feature and the Swiftpage Call List
After an email campaign is sent to your recipients, each open and click-through will generate a score for each individual, based on the level of interest. Create a Swiftpage Call List for each sales person will increase their closing sales ration and productivity.
How to query search your Swiftpage scores in SalesLogix as well as view scores by contact
This guide is to show how to use Swiftpage Scores in order to create a Query within Sage SalesLogix. This will create a sales call list to follow up with your "hottest" leads, based off of the scores from Swiftpage. In addition, you can view individual's scores for each campaign that has been sent by looking at their Contact History.
Since you will be doing query searches that include scores, remember you must wait 24 hours after sending your email campaign for score data; earliest data is generated each day at 2am EST.
